Hi! So now that you know I have a blog, I'm really not sure who will be keeping up with this one, my parents don't really want to mess with it, since they aren't really "computer savvy" Hopefully one of us will try to teach our parents how to blog. :) So until then!!

Quick post...
Well, this weekend is the Presbytery Meeting that will be held here in Peoria IL. Unfortunately though, we will not be able to make it for Thursdays events and will only be able to go to Fridays event for some little time. The reason? Choir. The choir "dress-rehearsal" and concert will be the same nights...Our family was pretty bummed about that, especially since my my dad was supposed to throw the first pitch at the game. :) BUT, I do believe we will spend Saturday evening at our dear friends the Evans...Which of course is always a *blast*!
As for me, I think I shall go mow, and then finish school... Have a great weekend! :D

Trip To Galsburg
Last week Elita, Hannah, and I went with Dad on one of his jobs to Galsburg...There, while he was talking to a chief Police, us girls went to the Park and took some interesting photos...As you will see when you see the second and third ones. :) Notice the face Hannah is giving when she is "shooting" the canon, as if she was enjoying this...But not to fear, I made sure that she knew she and Elita were just posing. ;) Enjoy these pictures!! And tell me what you think as well! :)

SPRING IS HERE!!!
Good Afternoon Everyone!
And yes, its finally that time of year, the 20Th of March, the time where the grass starts to turn a beautiful green, and the flowers start to bloom into their radiant colors, this is truly my favorite time of year! :) Unfortuatly, those colors have not been reveled yet, since its still, quite chilly, but, Josiah's plants are just now starting to pop up! We are all sooo excited to see our yard looking like a park again!
But hey! The sun is shining, and today is supposed to get up in the 50's, so I'm ready to go hit the outdoors!!

Spring is in the Air!
So today after our Sunday duties, us kids all went out to enjoy the awesome weather while playing our first game of Ultimate Frisbee! And although the game only lasted about 15 minutes, and my team lost 4 to 1, we all had an absolute ~BLAST~!! Hopefully we will be able to do it again next Sunday, that is, if the weather doesn't switch like its been doing! :)
Well tomorrow I have an orthodontist appointment at 9:15, which means I will have to wake up even earlier than usual...:) Then we have sewing lessons at around 3:00 'til sometime around 5:00.
Tuesday morning I have baby-sitting which is 9:00 to around lunch time... And then of course we have the regular "Men's Meeting" at our house, so Lenna and I will be cleaning the house top to bottom, while trying to do school. Tuesdays are always SO much fun! ;)
So that's pretty much all the major stuff that is happening, and the rest of the week? Who knows! :)
I think that's enough for now, hope this didn't bore you too much!:D

My Mother
I just wanted to say a little bit about how thankful that my mom is who she is...
This past week our whole family was sick with the flu/cough/fever, and my mom did everything by herself. Of course my daddy was there to help her, but then eventually he got sick too. When either of us kids got sick, she was always there with something to make us feel better, including the "loving and caring mom smile". She never stopped helping us out. And through all this, throughout all the waking up at nights to care for us, the sleeping on the couch with Hannah, the running to the store constently to buy medicine of all sorts...she never once complained. Just kept on doing it with a glad and cheerful spirit!! And then Valentines Day came, and while she was at the store, she bought a bag of chocolates for her family, and sent a beautiful e-card with wonderful words.
My mother is truly a Proverbs 31 woman, and I thank her SO much for being one and helping all us kids out through the time of sickness.
Please take time right now to tell your parents how much you love and adore them, it might just be one of your last days with them.
~Happy Valentines Day~

Hey All!!
I know, I've been SO bad about posting, but since I personally don't have a camera, and I don't want to use the same pictures as Josiah does, its hard. So please bear with me! :)
The last few days have been pretty full with the usual daily things, cleaning, choir, exploring woods which is SO MUCH FUN in the snow and fog that we have been having lately. In our woods there have ben quite interesting things such as a old rusty old tricyle, an old chair, old bottles and...a Guinea, a dead one, with its head off, but we won't go into any further details. :)
Also, this coming Saturday we (Josiah, Lenna, Elita and I) will be performing in a yearly piano concert which is called the "Monster Concert". It is where about 13 pianos are all set up on stage and us kids play our parts all at the same time. It will be interesting how it all turns out! :)
Until the next post, which hopefully won't be TOO long! :)

Happy New Year!
After the Mini Hymn Sing, Us, the Barnhartts, Sanfords and Riggenbachs, made our way to the McDonalds house to spend the evening, (and part of the morning) at their house. :) At first we just sat around and enjoyed each other's fellowship while waiting for the bread and soup to be finished. So after we ate, the older McDonald girls were about to burst about some exciting news, so they took us to the "barn thing" and what do you think we did? ;)
We Danced!
Until we could dance no longer, which was about 11:45. Of course, all of us could have danced more, but our wise parents said we should end the night by toasting to the New Year '08. So we did, plus played a little bit of Mafia. So after that, we got into our cars and drove home. Let me tell you, it was a BLAST!!! :)
